The leadership team of WRO shall consist of a President, Vice-President and Treasurer. It is the responsibility of the leadership team to run each meeting. Additionally, the leadership team will monitor absences and value of referrals. The leadership team will assist new members and help their transition to the group. At the end of the probation period, it is the responsibility of the leadership team to coordinate the voting for the new member. Any conflicts with members of the group should be addressed with the leadership team. A new leadership team will be appointed by April 1st of each year and take over on May 1st.
